CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

NEED TO KNOW

★ We have three friendly dogs who live on the property; namely, Riesling (Husky), Jett (mini-Schnauzer), and Wyatt (mini-Wheaton Terrier). They will respect your privacy.

★ Your well-behaved dog is welcome to stay, however, our yard is not fenced. Due to wildlife and farm animals nearby, please ensure your dog is monitored at all times. Extra fee applies.

★ Sorry, no cats, birds or other pets can be accommodated.

★ Enjoy the cattle farm sights and soothing moos from a distance. Please don't visit the cows at the back of the property. But if you're looking for selfies, occasionally the cows graze at the roadside pasture. Turn right at the Boho Bunkie Niagara's driveway and a few metres walk will bring you to the roadside pasture for up close views of the cows.

★ We ask guests to limit their walks to only the Boho Bunkie Niagara property at the back.

★ At this time, there are no food preparation facilities or cooking utensils (no BBQ, stove, or oven). A microwave and Keurig hot beverage machine is in your sleeping bunkie. We encourage guests to enjoy the restaurants of Wainfleet and Port Colborne. Please visit our See & Do page.​
